At room temp or cooler Coco Butter is a solid, kinda chalky. But....if you microwave it about 10 seconds it becomes a melt-in-your-mouth icing! I like it as is, but you can add a little sugar to it to make it sweet. I haven't experimented too much with it yet, it's good right off the spoon. I did spread it on my pancakes, yum! I could see putting it on some fruit as a glaze of some sort.
